Shipping Policy

We are using fulfillment services in Hong Kong for the foreseeable future. From date of shipment it takes about 7-15 days for your package to arrive. We ask that you remain patient during this time however we are always available to answer questions. Simply email us at Support@Rogue-Audio.com with any questions or concerns and a representative will happily assist you.

By making a purchase on our website you agree to all policies, terms and conditions. 

Changes of shipping address:

All changes to shipping addresses must be made before the package leaves our warehouse. Please make sure you provide the correct address. If you supply the wrong address and fail to contact us before your order ships you must go through our returns process in order to receive a refund.

Missing Packages:

A missing package is defined as a package in which the tracking has shown "Delivered" but is reported as not having arrived by the customer. 

Missing packages must be reported to Support@Rogue-Audio.com within 30 days of receiving "Delivered" status. Once these 30 days are up our staff cannot assist with locating missing packages. 

*COVID UPDATE*

Hey there, first we would like to say we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during these unprecedented times.

Due to the virus we have had to make a few changes to keep the awesome products coming, the main one being we are currently shipping from China. This is a major downer for us as we are located in Benson, Minnesota and really like to keep the shipping inside the USA.

Due to this change we have had to start using a 3rd party tracking software, this software is garbage and does not update correctly all the time. If you email us asking about the miss-updated tracking, our customer support team cannot help a whole lot due to the have access to the same exact tracking information that you have. This sucks because Rogue Audio is all about providing Grade A customer support and an awesome customer experience. 

We can promise that your package is on the way, but we are unable to know exactly where it is. In the days of Amazon 2 day shipping, this makes people super uncomfortable and we are aware of that. We are a very small company just doing our best to make it through these devastating times while still providing as great of a customer experience as we are able to. 

BOTTOM LINE

We are asking that, unless your package shows a "Delivered" status, you give us a total of 28 days before inquiring about the location of your tracking. By this time you are experiencing an abnormal delay and we will be more than happy to contact the shipping company to get an update on the status of your package. 

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, we thought about closing operations due to this set back but decided the lively hood of our employees was too important to allow this inconvenience to shut the doors at Rogue Audio.

We are still available to answer all concerns of damaged/defective goods and or packages that have taken more than 28 days to arrive at their destination.
